This notice explains how The Burg Concierge handles information submitted through this website. It is separate from our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which explains how protected health information is used in providing care.

Information we collect

Public pages can be viewed without creating an account. If you request a consultation, we collect the name, email address, telephone number, message and consent information you submit. Please do not submit symptoms, diagnoses, treatment details or other sensitive medical information through the public website form.

How we use information

We use consultation request information only to respond, schedule a conversation and maintain appropriate records. We do not sell personal information or mobile numbers, and we do not share mobile opt-in information for third-party marketing.

Analytics and cookies

On public informational pages, Google Analytics loads only after a visitor chooses to allow it. Analytics is disabled entirely on the contact, privacy and HIPAA pages. The site does not use advertising personalization. A local preference records whether analytics was accepted or declined.

Service providers and security

We use service providers to host and operate the website and require appropriate safeguards and agreements where legally required. Internet transmission is never risk-free; do not use this website for emergencies or urgent medical matters.

Retention and choices

We retain information only as needed for the purpose collected and applicable legal requirements. You may contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion, subject to legal and recordkeeping obligations.
