Telehealth

Membership billing and cancellation
Concierge membership fees are billed as described in the signed membership agreement. They are not insurance and generally do not include outside labs, imaging, medications, specialists or hospital services unless expressly stated. Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the membership agreement.
